Group Delegations:

1. The organizer must first fill out the group registration form.

2. Following submission of the form, they wil receive an email containing a unique group ID. This should be distributed to all delegates.

3. For each delegate, a delegate application form must be filled out, including the group ID.

4. Delegates will receive their own unique delegate codes, and links to payment.
   (NOTE: Fees must be paid in individual sessions - i.e seperate checkout for each person)

5. Delegates whose fees have been paid will be allocated to committees.
